Connecting Students Across MEC Schools
On 19th March, students from across our MEC schools will come together at Europa House for a special in-person event celebrating the theme “Ireland and Europe.”
This interactive afternoon will bring together students who are permanently based in EU countries and who may wish to benefit from Erasmus+ funding in the future. The event is designed to encourage connection, collaboration and cultural exchange in a relaxed and engaging setting.
What to Expect
The event will take the form of an Interschool Conversation Club, where students will:
-
Meet peers from other MEC schools
-
Share ideas and experiences
-
Explore opportunities for future study in Ireland
-
Learn more about Erasmus+ funding possibilities
Participants will be paired with students from different schools, giving everyone the opportunity to build new international connections.

The afternoon will include:
-
A fun quiz and guessing game to break the ice
-
Guided group discussions
-
A role-play activity exploring European perspectives
-
A short presentation on future study opportunities in Dublin and how Erasmus+ can support them
